When will I receive my order?


We are so happy that you are a part of the Ruas creative community. We ship orders every Friday –with the exception of weekends and holidays. The arrival time will depend on your location and you will receive a tracking code once the order is shipped.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do. However, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged.




I have not received an order confirmation, was it placed?


Please write to us here: contact.ruas@gmail.com after your order is placed. In case your order was not fully processed due to missing information or any other reason, we will get back to you with more details as soon as possible and sort out your order.




What is your Returns Policy?


All Ruas products are 100% hand embroidered and designed with great attention to details in India. However, if you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly accept it back within fifteen days of purchase. For a return to be accepted:

  1. Please send a return request within fifteen days of receiving the order.
  2. Merchandise must not be damaged and have its tags and original packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase would also be needed.
  4. Products bought on sale cannot be returned.




What is your Exchange Policy?


You can exchange a product within fifteen days after receiving the order. Products bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Please refer to the returns section for details on the product return requirements.




How do I return my product?


Please write to contact.ruas@gmail.com with the subject “Return”. We will guide you through the rest of the process.




Are returns free?


If you are a subscriber at Ruas, yes they are always free.
